Study Planner

It divides the number of uncovered topics by the whole days remaining before your exam date. It then multiplies that daily topic pace by your estimated hours per topic. The estimate assumes an even workload and does not automatically schedule separate subjects, breaks, revision sessions, or days off.

The tool estimates hours from the number of topics left, days remaining, and your own hours-per-topic estimate. It does not know your learning speed or topic difficulty, so use the number as a starting point and adjust it to your actual workload.

Enter your remaining topics, the exam date, and estimated hours per topic to get a basic daily pace. For a multi-subject timetable, account separately for topic difficulty, practice papers, review, and rest days.

Set chapters covered equal to total chapters. The planner shows a completed status and zero remaining workload. If the covered count is higher than the total or any value is invalid, correct the inputs first.

This planner calculates a single topic workload at a time. You can run a separate estimate for each subject, then combine the results into a weekly plan that fits your available hours.
