2. How Tools Process Information

Many calculators and converters process the values you enter directly in your browser. OneStepKit is not entirely offline, and different tools have different technical requirements. Features that use file uploads, AI services, hosting, remote file processing, or other network functionality may send the information needed to complete that request to OneStepKit infrastructure or the relevant service provider.

• For browser-only calculations, the calculation inputs are processed on your device rather than uploaded for calculation.
• When a feature needs a server or third-party service, the relevant data may be transmitted to provide that feature. Check the instructions shown by the specific tool before submitting information.
• Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information unless a feature clearly requires it and you have reviewed its information and provider disclosures.

3. Local Storage and Clipboard History

OneStepKit uses browser storage for site preferences and, where a feature supports it, saved settings or history. Examples include the theme preference, analytics preference, and clipboard history. Browser storage is managed by your browser and can be removed by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.

The optional clipboard auto-sync feature can read clipboard text while enabled and active, subject to browser capabilities and permissions. Clipboard history is saved in this browser by the clipboard-history feature and is not uploaded by that feature's history-saving code. Saved clips are pruned when history is refreshed after they pass the 24-hour expiry threshold; this is not a guarantee of deletion at the exact 24-hour mark. You can also clear individual clips or the full history manually. Avoid storing passwords or other sensitive information in clipboard history.

Browser storage is not the same as server storage. Network-based features may send data necessary to fulfil a request, as described above.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Consent Choices

Optional analytics services used by the site include Google Analytics, Ahrefs Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. These scripts are loaded only after you opt in through the site's Analytics preferences control. If you decline, the site stores that preference and does not load these optional analytics scripts on subsequent page views. Declining analytics does not erase information or cookies that a provider may already have stored.

Google AdSense advertising. AdSense code is included on selected content pages, not on the Privacy Policy or designated legal, navigation, and utility pages. When ads are served, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, local storage, or other identifiers to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize advertising, subject to applicable settings and policies. The site's Analytics preferences control optional analytics scripts only; they are not an advertising-consent control. Where required, advertising-consent choices must be provided through the Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) and settings configured in the publisher's Google AdSense Privacy & Messaging account. The footer's Privacy and cookie settings link opens Google's consent-revocation flow when that API is available on the page.

Other third-party services. Features may link to or use third-party services to perform a requested operation. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Review the relevant service's disclosure before submitting information.
